Of course, the first day of fall would be one filled with wind and rain.
So, naturally, we celebrated the Autumn Equinox by reading many books about fall while sipping on our first hot cocoa of the season.
Once the weather cleared, we went on a nature walk to collect some of the beautiful fall leaves that had fallen.
We discussed how this season was different from summer and how the leaves changed color.
