Oven-Dried Citrus Rounds

Use oven-dried citrus rounds to make your own homemade ornaments or decor. (They also make a beautiful addition to winter simmer pots!)
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 2 hours 30 minutes
Total Time 2 hours 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • Assorted citrus fruit (lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F.
  2. Slice each fruit into 1/4 inch rounds.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the citrus rounds out in a single.
  4. Place them into the oven and bake for about 2.5 hours flipping every 30 minutes.
  5. Once completely dry allow the citrus rounds to cool on baking rack.
